Departure Lounge is a non-profit contemporary art gallery and commissioning agency. It was set up by Matthew Shaul and Trevor Horsewood in Luton in October 2010. We offered a public exhibition programme using vacant commercial and retail premises until November 2022. We are now developing a mobile exhibition programme working with commercial and academic partners in Luton and beyond and continue to offer promising emerging artists meaningful exhibition and publishing opportunities.
